The staff were cute, and they even had treats for my dog george! The large double room was clean, comfy, and exceeded my expectations compared to my previous trip.

The room was super comfy and well put together! 👍 But, there were issues with the shower and it felt a bit cramped with no real ventilation. We'll likely pass on a return trip.

no complaint, the venue met needs, would recomand it. the room was brand-new and nice styled, included feather pillows. liked the location on a nearby hike around the lake. we went to wildwood kitchen, located few metres away from the hotel, to have some dinner.

Sweet as stay, but the parking was a hassle with bags, and the room felt a bit small. The staff were definitely the best part, super cute and nice to our dog, George!

The electric power shower was quite refreshing!

Upon arrival, we were frustrated to find the room was not ready for us. After waiting for two hours in a dirty room, we were left feeling anxious and disheartened. The lack of toiletries was disappointing and seemed quite unnecessary. I understand the intent to reduce plastic waste, but alternatives are available. This situation definitely marred what we hoped would be a pleasant stay.

Good base, ideal if you enjoy a unique local experience, with seamless entry through an independent access door and a chance to unwind in a vibrant neighborhood.

The brand-new room was well-designed and featured a modern en suite bathroom. The staff were very amiable, and the location was very comfortable for Oakham, with a short walk to a nearby hike, a very good pub, and a charming cobbled alleyway above a courtyard/back of a restaurant.

This place has a fantastic location with easy access to local restaurants and the staff is outstanding, while the rooms are clean and modern with updated bathrooms.
